Promotional Competition Rules: Win Back to School Scholarships

1. Eligibility: 1.1 The “Back to School Scholarships” promotional competition (the “Competition”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: – Must be a legal resident of Nigeria. – Must be a student currently enrolled at a recognized primary and secondary educational institution within Nigeria. – Must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18. – Employees of UTL, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period: 2.1 The Competition will commence on [Start Date] and conclude on [End Date] (the “Entry Period”). 2.2 Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. Entry: 3.1 To enter the Competition, participants must: – Purchase a minimum of 1 pack of RAZZL 40cl Grenadine flavour (12 bottles); submit the proof of purchase, along with a creative video/post of your talent. Entries must be submitted online to the competiton page at www.drinkrazzl.com by completing the entry form, or through the RAZZL social media channels, or via WhatsAPP on +2349169986610 with the hashtags #Young Razzlers #Win with RAZZL – 3.2 All entries must include all the information requested in the Enrty Form on the competition page at www.drinkrazzl.com; INCLUDING the name of the educational institution and grade/year; AND – Parent or guardian contact information.

4. Judging: 4.1 Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges selected by UTL/RAZZL. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality and clarity. 4.2 The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

5. Prizes: 5.1 Entrants will stand a chance of winning: – 1 of 100 Scholarships to the value of NGN 50 000,00 each. 5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. 5.3 All taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the prize winners.

6. Winner Notification: 6.1 Winners will be notified via email or SMS within 30 days of the conclusion of the Entry Period. 6.2 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, UTL/RAZZL reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

7. Publicity: 7.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their names and entries for promotional purposes related to the Competition, including but not limited to social media, press releases, and website content.

8. Privacy: 8.1 Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of the Competition and in accordance with the Nigerian Constitution, and more specifically the Nigeria Data Protection Act of 2023.

9. General Conditions: 9.1 UTL/RAZZL reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these rules at any time without prior notice. 9.2 UTL/RAZZL is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incomprehensible for any reason. 9.3 By entering this Competition, participants agree to be strictly bound by these rules. 9.4 Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the Competition.

10. Governing Law: 10.1 These rules are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
